We do not decide the rates. Each tutor sets their own prices depending on their qualifications, experience, and many other factors. However, we ensure that the rates are always fair and within market rates.

• Our dedication to customer service is absolute.
• If you have a question or concern that cannot be answered by our tutor, feel free to call us or Email/SMS us, you will receive a call, usually within the same day by a senior employee of our Tutor Services.

You can contact one tutor at a time, communicate with each other and fix demo class, after demo class if you are satisfied, then go ahead, confirm with us, your demo class will be counted as 1st class.

If you are not satisfied, call us and give the reason for refusal, tell us what your expectations from the tutor are, we will arrange someone else according to your update requirements.

• Emergencies happen, and tutors and we try to be as understanding and flexible as possible. To avoid any misunderstandings, we require that you let both us and the tutor know of a cancellation 24 hours prior to the class.
• It is our policy and we expect you to abide by it.
• We would also need to know the reason for your cancellation of a particular session.

• Home tuition is considered a freelance job, and tutors quote their own rates. If you do not have an idea of how much to quote, you may take reference to our tuition rate section.
• The exact fee can differ according to specific features just like the qualification of the tutors, tutors’ teaching experiences, location of tuition, number of subjects and others.
• However, if your budget is slightly out of range, we will still do our best in helping you find a tutor. Feel free to contact us for advice on the tuition rates.
