How far in advance should I inform about class cancellation? ▼
Parents should inform both VTTS and the tutor at least 24 hours in advance, except in emergencies.
If I change or discontinue the tutor after a few classes, do I need to pay for the first class? ▼
The first class is completely FREE if you decide not to continue with the tutor after that class.
However, if you continue with the tutor beyond the first class, then the fee for all conducted classes, including the first class, becomes payable.
What if there is a dispute between parents and the tutor? ▼
