In our organisation, we respect every tutor. Usually, disputes between the Tutor agency and tutor arise due to the amount. If the tutor is honest and gives our share(amount) on time then our relation will be long-lasting.

When the amount is collected by us, we always give it to the tutor timely. But when the fee is collected by the tutor and he/she does not give our commission timely, we stop to give him/her further tuitions. As a result, a dispute arises.

Our stand is clear on this. We ask the tutor, first clear his/her due amount then talk to get more assignments. If he/she decides to discontinue us we don’t have any problem. Now two scenario (cases) arise.

The first scenario – He/she pays our balance amount and come back (which we are sure) after a few months/years after trying other tutor agencies.

The second scenario – He/she does not pay our due amount whatever may be the reason. In that case, we never call or disturb him/her after sending just one/two messages as a reminder. If he/she does not reply we decide not to work with him/her in future in any case.

What will be if the amount is collected by us and a dispute arises, in this case also tutor is the final decider. we always respect his/her decision. If he/she says this much you have to keep and pay me this much. We never argue on this and will pay what according to him/her we have to pay. After paying an amount to him/her we will never work with him in future if in our opinion he/she is wrong.

In conclusion, there are many tutors who have to give the amount to us. But no one can find a tutor who can say VTTS has to give me this much amount.

1. Include all the information of your educational background such as the schools or courses you have graduated from

2. Upload your qualifications and any relevant certificates during tutor registration.

(iv) Find out the areas of student’s interest & use them to your advantage.

(v) Update the parents regularly on the student’s progress

(vi) Prepare your lesson beforehand.

(vii) Work on the weak areas of student.

(viii) Use or suggest essential studying materials to help the student improve.

• Please plan your trip to the tutee’s home beforehand and reach 5-10 mins before the lesson starts.
• DO NOT BE LATE, FIRST IMPRESSION MATTERS!
• Contact the parents beforehand and remind them about the first lesson beforehand. You can obtain the contact number of parents from us a day before tuition.
• Plan your first lesson to access the educational standards of the student.
