🪪 Tutor Verification & Safety

✔ VTTS maintains qualification documents, ID proof, and address proof of every tutor.
⚠️ VTTS keeps tutor records and identification details. However, as the tutor will be visiting your residence, parents are advised to verify the tutor’s photo ID during the first meeting as an additional safety measure.
📌 This verification helps ensure that the person visiting your home matches the details provided.

🔍 Due Diligence Before Hiring

👨‍👩‍👧 Parents are requested to check the bona fides of the tutor independently
📞 Or confirm the tutor details with VTTS before finalizing the engagement.

🎓 FREE Demo Class Policy

🆓 VTTS provides one (1) hour FREE demo class to evaluate the tutor.
✔ If you continue with the same tutor, the demo class will be included and charged.
❌ If you do not continue, the demo class remains completely FREE.

💳 Fee Payment & Receipt Policy

🚫 Parents are strictly advised not to pay any advance fee to the tutor directly without a VTTS-issued Digital Receipt.

💵 If paying cash to the tutor:

  • 📞 Inform VTTS in advance

  • 🧾 Ensure a Digital Receipt is issued before payment

❗ VTTS will not be responsible for any cash payment made without a valid digital receipt.

✅ Tutor Confirmation After Demo

📌 If the tutor is selected after the demo class:

  • Parents must inform VTTS

  • Fees must be confirmed with VTTS

  • The tutor will be sent for regular classes only after confirmation.

🏦 Advance Fee Policy

✔ Tuition fees are paid in advance
✔ All payments must be made to VTTS, not directly to the tutor

📅 Class Attendance, Cancellation & Rescheduling

✔ Parents/students must inform VTTS in advance in case of class cancellation or rescheduling.
⏰ Late or same-day cancellations may be treated as a conducted class.
📌 Missed classes without prior notice are non-adjustable.

🔁 Tutor Change / Replacement Policy

🔄 Tutor replacement can be requested only through VTTS.
✔ Replacement is subject to availability and genuine reasons.
📞 Directly discontinuing a tutor without informing VTTS may affect support or replacement eligibility.

💸 Refund Policy

❌ Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
📌 Any refund, if applicable, is at the sole discretion of VTTS after internal review.
✔ Registration, demo, and administrative charges are non-refundable.

⏱ Punctuality & Discipline

🕘 Class time starts as soon as the tutor reaches the student’s location or logs in (for online classes).
⏳ If the tutor has to wait due to the student’s unavailability, the class duration will not be extended, as tutors follow fixed schedules and commitments.
❌ If the student is not available for the class, the session will be considered conducted and chargeable.
✔ Parents/students must ensure a quiet, proper study environment during the scheduled class time.

📞 Official Communication Policy

📢 All communication related to:

  • Fees

  • Schedule

  • Tutor feedback

  • Replacement

✔ Must be done only through VTTS official channels.
🚫 Any direct long-term arrangement with tutors without VTTS consent is strictly prohibited.

🔐 Code of Conduct

🤝 Respectful behavior toward tutors is mandatory.
🚫 Any form of misbehavior, misuse, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate service termination.

⚠️ Final Authority

📌 VTTS reserves the right to modify terms, fees, or tutor allocation when required.
⚖️ All decisions by VTTS management shall be final and binding.

⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction

📍 All disputes are subject to DELHI JURISDICTION ONLY
