📜 Tutors Terms & Conditions – VTTS

At VTTS, we value professionalism, transparency, and fairness. To maintain smooth operations and ensure trust between tutors, parents, and our bureau, we request all tutors to carefully read and follow the terms and conditions below.

 

💳 1. Registration Charges

👑Prime Tutors –

    • ₹1200 ₹200 (for Lifetime) till 20 March 2026🎉
      👉 Registration Charges may be waived for school teachers, tutors with NTT/B.Ed, and under 25 years.

  • General Tutors – ₹1000 (Yearly)

  • Backup Tutors – ✅ Free Registration

🔹 Note: Registration charges may be adjusted for well-qualified, experienced (at least 10 years), and result-oriented teachers.

💰 2. Commission Policy

Applicable to all tuition assignments provided by VTTS or its clients.

📌 General Tutors

  • First Month Only – 60% of monthly fee (minimum 6 classes required).

  • ✅ No commission from the second month onward.

📌 Prime Tutors (Priority Assignments in Preferred Locations)

50% in the first month, then 10% every month till tuition lasts.

 

📌 Short-Term Packages

  • General Tutors – 25% of the total package.

  • Prime Tutors – 20% of the total package.

🔄 3. Refund Policy

  • Prime Tutors – Registration refundable after 1 month (if no assignment given).

  • General Tutors – Refund after 3 months (if no assignment given).

  • ❌ If assignment is offered via SMS/phone, the fee is non-refundable.

  • In case of refund – only 70% will be refunded (30% deducted as admin charges).

🆔 4. Tutor Obligations

  • Keep VTTS updated with your latest address & mobile number.

  • Provide valid ID proof to clients, if requested.

  • When a client requests a tutor for:

    • another subject or class you can teach,

    • another child of the same family, or their neighbour/relative,

    • 👉 It is the duty of the tutor to immediately inform VTTS and allow VTTS to fulfill the client’s requirement.

  • ❌ Tutors must not send or suggest any other tutor directly to the client under any circumstances.

  • Inform VTTS immediately about:

    • Tuition confirmation or rejection.

    • Any re-approach by a client after a gap.

    • Progress and developments regarding ongoing tuition.

⏰ 5. Conduct & Punctuality

  • Tutors must be punctual and regular.

  • Irregularity or unprofessional conduct may lead to cancellation of registration.

💵 6. Fee Collection

  • The first month’s fee will be collected by VTTS (or by tutor, only if permitted).

  • Tutors will receive their fee at the end of the month.

  • If tuition continues the following year, commission remains applicable.

⚖️ 7. Legal Terms

  • Any fraud or misconduct with clients or VTTS may lead to legal action.

  • All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
